The Consignment Process
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
CONTACT: Text or Call 415-559-7149 to schedule an appointment for clothing or accessories. For furniture, please text photos first.
ESTATE SALES OR ESTATE VISTS: Please call and ask to speak with Teri Lang directly at 415-559-7149
APPOINTMENT: During your appointment we will review your items. Anything not accepted will be returned onsite.
CONTRACT: All Consigners will receive an email copy of their contract and of Tivoli’s policies.
PRICING: Pricing is based on comparable prices, local demand and historical data. A list will be emailed to you of your complete inventory of items with prices.
PAYMENT: All items are a 50/50 split. Payments are made monthly between the 1st and the 10th when more than $50 has accumulated in the account. Payments may be sent via Venmo, a check in the mail, or by picking up check in store. In store credit is also available.
RETURNS: At the end of every contact the seller will be contacted to pick up their items within 2 weeks. If the items are not picked up within that window, they will be donated per the contract.
DONATION: At the time of signing the contact, sellers may choose to donate their items instead of having them returned.
